Telford Homes is currently preparing proposals to redevelop our site at 255-279 Cambridge Heath Road, the former London Electricity Board (LEB) building, for new homes and commercial space.

The building has been vacant for several years and we are committed to delivering a high-quality scheme whilst also respecting the history and setting of the site.

The site has the potential to be regenerated to provide much-needed new homes and commercial space and to make a positive impact on Cambridge Heath Road. The project team is currently in the process of developing the design alongside planning officers at Tower Hamlets Council. The exhibition today allows you to view our initial thoughts, and provide your feedback. We are keen to listen to the views of the local community to make sure that we bring forward the best possible development.
